About Ryan Thierrien
Born and raised right here in Saint Augustine, Florida, I founded Semper Purus Pressure Washing LLC with a simple mission: to bring military-grade dedication, dependable craftsmanship, and genuine service to the neighbors and properties that make our historic community special.
Proud to care for hometown Saint Augustine
Saint Augustine is more than just where I workâit is where my roots are. My focus is on continued local growth and taking exceptional care of the people who live in and cherish our city. Whether restoring the curb appeal of a residential home or cleaning commercial storefronts, I am deeply invested in keeping our coastal neighborhoods looking pristine and protected from harsh coastal elements.
Unmatched detail and giving back
When we show up to clean your property, you can count on unmatched attention to detail, responsive customer service, and uncompromising quality. Because service matters, we proudly offer a year-round 10% discount to all active military personnel, veterans, and first responders as our way of thanking those who protect our communities every day.
"Ryan's attention to detail and work ethic are second to none. He treated our home with incredible care and respect, delivering quality results you just don't see from other companies."
